These blades made in Japan from Shimomura have a very good price / quality ratio. The blade of this knife is made of rust-resistant Japanese Molybdenum Vanadium steel and is equipped with a handle of black pakka wood. This thick single-sided Deba is ideal for cutting meat and fish and is one of the most used fish knives in the kitchen.

These knives come in a beautiful silver-colored gift box.
