These blades made in Japan from Shimomura have a very good price / quality ratio. The blade of this knife is made of rust-resistant Japanese Molybdenum Vanadium steel and is equipped with a handle of black pakka wood. This single-sided Yanagiba is ideal for cutting fish for sashimi and is one of the most used traditional sushi knives in the kitchen.

These knives come in a beautiful silver-colored gift box.
