Let customers speak for us
from 11 reviewsJust received the Seki Mae Dark Eboni 3 Knives Set only 2 days after purchasing! Very speedy delivery which was greatly appreciated. The value for money and quality of these knives is unreal. They are absolutely beautiful, even more stunning in person than in the pictures which is rarely the case when shopping online nowadays.
The history of the region that they come from adds another layer of intrigue to these knives. Since the 13th century, swordsmiths in Seki made katanas and samurai swords. They were some of the most sought after swords in the whole of Japan. When it became illegal to carry a sword in Japan the swordsmith’s utilised their existing skills and focussed on bladesmithing for kitchens/chefs/cooks and home cutlery. This tradition has been passed down through generations and these knives are the product of this beautiful history.
You will not regret this purchase, highly recommend!

Excellent will recomend to anybody

recently purchased, very happy and satisfied with the product

The rolling knife sharpener is an absolute delight. Beginner report only but I have a collection of beautiful knives and tidying them up was extremely straightforward. I started with my grandmothers vintage carving knives from the 1930's, they are now sharper than they have ever been. I am working through my high end blacksmith knives this evening but have stopped to email.
Patience and attention to detail is in the users domain but the roller works exactly as described. The leather strop and the polishing wax really fine tune the blade also.
Treat this like a ritual for the amazing knives you own.
I am extremely happy with the product.

Really good quality knife , I work with fresh fish every and it works perfectly , nice heavy weight for a small knife , super handy , recomended 100%
